Ottawa Sportsmen's Club News Sept 2nd, 2004 Joe Dyke, OSC President

Dave Firnett, of www.best-venison.com, will be hosting a clinic at the club on November 6th from 7pm to 10pm. He will be cutting up a whole deer showing all the proper cuts. This will be very interesting and educational. There will be a product to sample during the break. The venison cuts will be given away in a drawing at the end.
